The Challenge is to create one piece of art each month for one year. Each piece of art must measure 20" x 11" and can be oriented vertically or horizontally, and must contain a piece of the challenge fabric. Post a picture when you've finished each piece & blog about it. Tell how you used the challenge fabric (in case it isn't obvious).

March Flowers
March challenge has both fabrics and beading(which I have never done before). All the fabric is from other projects and pieced together.
Love this piece Bobbie! It is really amazing what you do with my scraps. I love daisies and fought with mom about carrying them for my wedding bouquet. I am still kicking myself for not buying some of that fabric when we bought yours. I think changing the vase really improved this piece. The black outline stitching around the daisies just make them pop right out of the background. Can't wait to see the details in person. Please bring it over when you come tomorrow:)
I like this very much Bobbie. It has a certain "je ne sais quois" to it. The style reminds me very much of Ruth McDowell's work -- and she gets big bucks for hers.
Wish I could see the beading and details. The piece looks so springy and fun. I, too, am a daisy fan and had them in my wedding. We certainly have some different styles going this year, don't we? Susan
