Each piece of art must measure 20" x 11" and can be oriented vertically or horizontally, and must contain a piece of the challenge fabric. Susan's June Piece
This month is Mercy. The background is painted with rug gripper underneath, and the "people" are screen printed. The ornament is polymer clay impressed with a rubber stamp framed in copper.
I love the screen-printed people! And at the top it looks like a window in heaven opening and a little door. There is a sense of something pouring down, though a barrier exists. Kind of like sin being a barrier to communication with God.
