The Challenge is to create one piece of art each month for one year. Each piece of art must measure 20" x 11" and can be oriented vertically or horizontally, and must contain a piece of the challenge fabric. Post a picture when you've finished each piece & blog about it. Tell how you used the challenge fabric (in case it isn't obvious).

Susan's September piece
This month's piece is healing, with a shibori background, fused leaves, distressed
It will be interesting to see how all your pieces fit together. You have a plan and it seems to be working. To me it looks like the leaves are falling down onto the braches of the tree.
Okay -- this is surely my favorite! I love the tree and the leaves and the line travels through it at the perfect spot.
